LE DEPARTEMENT
Au sein du site du Pont-de-Claix (38), vous intégrerez le service Excellence operationnelle des laboratoires R&D Global Service
En tant qu'Alternant(e) en Maintenance Industrielle, vous rejoindrez notre équipe de maintenance pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de nos équipements de production. Vous participerez activement aux opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective, contribuant ainsi à la performance et à la fiabilité de nos installations.
VOTRE MISSION
* Réaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective sur les machines et équipements de production (mécanique, électrique, pneumatique, hydraulique).
* Diagnostiquer les pannes et identifier les causes des dysfonctionnements.
* Intervenir rapidement pour résoudre les problèmes techniques et minimiser les temps d'arrêt.
* Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de maintenance.
* Suivre et mettre à jour la documentation technique (plans, schémas, procédures).
* Appliquer les règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et d'environnement en vigueur.
* Assister les techniciens de maintenance expérimentés dans leurs missions quotidiennes.
* Utiliser la GMAO (Gestion de la Maintenance Assistée par Ordinateur) pour enregistrer les interventions et suivre les équipements.
VOTRE PROFIL
* Préparation d'un diplôme de niveau Bac+2/3 en Maintenance Industrielle, Électrotechnique, Mécanique ou équivalent (type BTS Maintenance des Systèmes de Production, DUT Génie Industriel et Maintenance).
* Connaissances de base en mécanique, électricité, pneumatique et/ou hydraulique.
* Capacité à lire et interpréter des schémas techniques.
* Rigueur, autonomie et esprit d'équipe.
* Sens de l'analyse et de la résolution de problèmes.
* Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants (Pack Office).
* Un premier stage ou une expérience en environnement industriel serait un plus.
* Bon niveau de français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
