What You Will Learn and Do:
Benefits Strategy Development: Support the team in understanding how clients global benefits strategies align with their business goals and workforce needs.
Program Design and Implementation: Assist in creating and rolling out employee benefits programs such as health insurance, life plans and wellness initiatives,.
Vendor Management: Help manage relationships with insurers, gaining insight into cost-effectiveness and service quality.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Learn to analyze benefits data to track program performance and employee engagement, and assist in preparing reports for senior management.
Compliance and Risk Management: Gain knowledge about regulatory requirements and help ensure benefits programs comply with clients benefits strategy and local regulations
Collaboration: Work alongside HR, finance, legal, and other teams to support benefits activities and organizational goals.
Key Apprenticeship Missions:
Project Support: Assist project managers with coordinating activities, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking timelines.
Database Cleaning and Management: Perform data cleaning tasks to maintain accurate and consistent project databases; identify and correct errors under supervision.
Quality Assurance: Conduct basic quality checks on project deliverables and data, reporting any issues to project managers.
