Vous rejoindrez l’équipe technique en alternance pour accompagner le pilotage de projets d’équipements process ou d’utilités (selon votre profil). Vous travaillerez avec des chefs de projet, des ingénieurs maintenance, la production et la qualité. Votre mission sera d’assister des chefs de projets dans les études, la planification et l’exécution des projets. ous recherchons une personne curieuse, rigoureuse et engagée, qui aime apprendre sur le terrain et prendre des responsabilités. Cette alternance offre un véritable terrain d’apprentissage, des projets concrets et une contribution directe à notre mission d’unir science, technologie et talents pour devancer la maladie ensemble.
Ce poste est sur site en France. Des modalités hybrides pourront être discutées selon le site et le calendrier de formation.
- Actuellement en formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en ingénierie, génie industriel, génie chimique, génie thermique ou génie climatique
- Connaissances de base des processus industriels et des équipements de production.
- Bonne capacité rédactionnelle et aisance avec la tenue de documents techniques.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Capacité d’analyse, sens de l’organisation et attention au détail.
- Disponibilité pour travailler sur site, appliquer les règles de sécurité et apprendre en environnement régulé.
Qualifications préférées
- Connaissance du cycle de qualification des équipements (conception, installation, qualification, mise en service).
- Compréhension des bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF) ou des exigences qualité en industrie pharmaceutique.
- Expérience préalable en stage ou projet dans un environnement industriel.
- Compétences en analyse de données, reporting ou utilisation d’outils de visualisation (Power BI, Excel avancé).
- Notions en automatisme, instrumentation ou GTB/SCADA.
- Anglais professionnel appliqué au contexte technique.
