Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) Spécialiste Technique (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Defence and Space sur son site de Toulouse.

Vous rejoindrez le département « Hosting » en charge des produits de Stockage et de Sauvegarde (Storage and Backup). Cet apprentissage consistera en une mission globale avec une responsabilité de bout en bout sur l'ensemble des produits de stockage et de sauvegarde.

Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 2 ans.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités :
Encadré(e) par votre manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

Coordination du déploiement de la protection contre les ransomwares.

Gestion de l'obsolescence et consolidation des systèmes.

Gestion des fournisseurs pour les opérations courantes (Run).

Gestion de la maintenance, des licences et de la relation éditeurs/vendeurs.

Compétences & Prérequis :
Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +3 dans le domaine de l'Infrastructure Informatique et des Opérations (ou équivalent) pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Administration système

• Gestion de Data Center

• Gestion des services informatiques (ITSM)

• Automatisation et Scripting

• Gestion du stockage (Storage Management)

• Dépannage et résolution de problèmes (Troubleshooting)

Soft Skills :

Capacités de communication

Travail d'équipe et collaboration

Sens du service client / Gestion de service

Adaptabilité et agilité d'apprentissage

Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais : courant

L’étude des candidatures est réalisée par un recruteur.

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprentice, Technical Specialist  (M/F)" has just opened within Airbus Defence and Space on Toulouse site.

You will join the Hosting department in charge of Storage and Backup products

This apprenticeship will consist in: the overall mission objective with end-to-end accountability for all storage and backup products.

This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last 2 years.

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives

and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

- Coordination of Ransomware Protection rollout

- Obsolescence management and consolidation

- Supplier management for run operations

- Maintenance / License / Vendor Management 

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC+ 3 level training in the field of IT Infrastructure and Operations or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 year.

You have the following knowledge and skills:
