Job Description:
Cet apprentissage consistera à participer activement au déploiement de notre modèle d’économie circulaire en industrialisant le réemploi de pièces détachées et en optimisant nos stratégies de kits de réparation (Kitting) pour réduire notre empreinte carbone.
Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire septembre 2026 pour une durée de 2 ou 3 ans.
Tâches et responsabilités :
Encadré(e) par votre tuteur(trice), vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :
Optimisation du cycle de Réemploi : Fluidifier la boucle "collecte-réparation-redéploiement" des pièces détachées et mesurer les économies de CO2 générées.
Stratégie de Kitting : Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des kits de réparation standardisés pour réduire le gaspillage logistique et accélérer la vitesse d'intervention.
Data & Monitoring : Créer des indicateurs clés (KPIs) via des outils digitaux pour mesurer l’impact environnemental et financier de ces initiatives.
Compétences & Prérequis :
Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +5 (École d'Ingénieur ou Master) dans le domaine de la Supply Chain, du Développement Durable ou de l'Ingénierie pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ou 3 ans.
Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :
Maîtrise des outils d'analyse de données (SQL, Excel avancé ou Power BI).
Connaissance des principes du Lean Management pour l'optimisation des flux et la réduction du gaspillage.
Utilisation d'un système ERP (type SAP) pour la gestion des stocks et des flux de pièces.
Forte sensibilité aux enjeux de l'économie circulaire et de la décarbonation industrielle.
Soft Skills : Esprit d'analyse, autonomie, force de proposition et aisance relationnelle pour travailler en équipe transverse.
Compétences linguistiques :
Anglais : Avancé / Courant (travail dans un environnement international).
Français : Courant.

Skills & Prerequisites:
You are joining a Master’s level program (Engineering School or University) in the field of Supply Chain, Sustainability, or Engineering for a 2 or 3-year apprenticeship.
You possess the following knowledge and skills:
Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, advanced Excel, or Power BI).
Process Improvement: Knowledge of Lean Management principles for flow optimization and waste reduction.
Systems: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for inventory and parts flow management.
Sustainability: A strong interest in circular economy challenges and industrial decarbonization.
Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, autonomy, proactive approach, and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Language Skills:
English: Advanced / Fluent (working in an international environment).
French: Fluent.
Supervisory organization: SBCI1 - Anticipated solutions

Key Responsibilities
Re-use Process Optimization:
Streamline the "collect-repair-redeploy" loop for spare parts to maximize lifecycle value.
Identify bottlenecks in the recovery chain and propose innovative solutions for redeployment.
Quantify and track CO2 savings directly linked to re-use activities.
Kitting Strategy & Logistics:
Design and implement standardized repair kits to minimize logistical waste.
Improve intervention speed by ensuring technical teams have the right components at the right time.
Collaborate with supply chain partners to optimize packaging and transport efficiency.
Data, Monitoring & Impact:
Define and build KPIs to measure the environmental and financial health of sustainability projects.
Develop reporting tools to visualize progress and communicate results to stakeholders.
Translate operational data into actionable insights for the management team.
Who You Are
Education: Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or Engineering degree with a focus on Sustainability
Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with data and are comfortable using tools like Google suite.
Eco-Conscious: You are passionate about the circular economy and eager to apply its principles in a real-world industrial context.
Proactive: You don’t wait for instructions; you identify problems and suggest ways to fix them.
