Who we are looking for

We are looking for Senior Associate for new Alpha Middle Office function, External Managers Hub. Hub is an agency for External Manager flows in Middle office for two new Alpha clients. Ideally, candidate would enjoy cooperation with global partners, including Investor Managers, brokers, custodians and State Street internal parties. The role is well suited for individuals with good understanding of middle office operations, including industry knowledge, technology and stakeholders interactions.  There are components of business analysis, change management and architecture planning & set up to this role therefore candidate with technology interest and capabilities would be preferred. 

 

Your new role

As an Alpha Middle Office Expert - External Managers Hub you will

  • Act as a primary operational point of contact for client, external asset managers, third parties and internal business and technology teams
  • Lead resolution of trade related inquiries across multiple financial products, including FX, equities, fixed income, money market instruments, listed and OTC derivatives
  • Establish transaction delivery for new funds, products, asset managers and other operational events by working closely with external managers, participating in onboarding calls, driving required technical changes on asset manager side, and conducting end‑user testing across key data transmission applications.
  • Maintain straight-through processing (STP) trade confirmation flows, coordinate connectivity updates, technical enhancements, system transformations, aligning stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • Operate with a strong risk‑aware mindset when managing interactions with numerous counterparties.
  • Drive internal and external process enhancements
  • Perform work independently within the scope of established guidelines and in accordance with defined procedures.
  • Organize and participate in client service level review calls.

Work requirements:

  • Hybrid role model: we require at least 3 days from the office per week
  • Working hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

Minimum Salary:

zł87 000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
