Your role at Baxter This position is accountable for executing and supporting direction provided by the Allocation Coordinator, in alignment with Marketing and Supply Chain. You will be responsible for collaborating with Marketing, Hospital Care, Supply Chain and Sales, solving of operational and business inefficiencies by investigating and analyzing data points, through to implementing change and managing a framework that maximizes results, and ownership and development, implementation, and management of Allocation-related Job Aids, eForms, training (Allocation Manager), and supporting documents.

What you'll be doing

  • Prioritize and manage daily release requests submitted by Hospital Care to minimize disruption to Patient Care and therapies
  • Proactively ensure coordination between internal stakeholders is streamlined and consistently delivering results
  • Lead new product launch transition plans and code-level revisions/additions, including mass monthly uploads, accurately loaded in JDE
  • Build and maintain constructive relationships with internal stakeholders, to minimize disruption to portfolios
  • Apply and communicate approved Gains (BOOST) to ensure Patient Care and therapies are not impacted
  • Provide analysis to identify opportunities for standardization and process improvement; evaluates findings and makes recommendations.
  • Communicate to all internal stakeholders regarding supply gaps/inefficiencies and provide data to ensure alignment
  • Responsible for development, implementation, and management job aids to support broader functions capabilities to improve interaction with allocations processes. Revise accordingly, when required
  • Train, support, and direct Allocation Specialist on an on-going basis and identify opportunities for improvement

What you will bring

  • College/University Education in Business and/or related discipline
  • 5 years or more experience in commercial/marketing operations
  • Experience with data management, JDE, and MS Excel and Word
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong process exposure
  • Analytics/Problem Solving experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including working with many cross-functional partners and external customers
  • Self-starter, curiosity to seek out improvements
  • Strong attention to detail
