KPA is experiencing significant growth and, as such, we are growing our business development/partnership team to accelerate that even further. The Alliances Partnership Manager is a strategic member of the Business Development/Partnership team, responsible for helping KPA achieve top-line revenue growth by managing and growing relationships with our referral partners (primarily insurance brokers and carriers). It’s an exciting opportunity where the market is enormous and untapped by our competition. This role plays a big part in extending KPA’s competitive advantage and facilitating growth for the company moving forward.

The role is focused on relationship management, content creation, and representing KPA both through partner presentations and various industry events. Our software serves as the central hub of activity for growing compliance and safety departments seeking an adaptable, quick-to-implement solution featuring built-in best practices that accelerate business processes for compliance and risk professionals.
