Position Summary
You will lead external partnerships and manage alliances that bring new science, technology and capabilities to GSK. You will negotiate agreements, guide deal teams, and ensure alliances deliver value for both parties. You will work closely with commercial, medical, legal and supply colleagues across regions. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Lead and coordinate deal teams and due diligence teams to evaluate potential alliances.
- Define negotiating positions, draft term sheets, and lead commercial negotiations with partners.
- Prepare business cases and support governance reviews for approval of transactions.
- Translate agreed terms into clear agreements and help monitor contractual compliance.
- Act as the internal day-to-day contact for alliance delivery, tracking performance and risks.
- Maintain accurate records in relevant systems and support handover to operations and governance functions.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, law or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing commercial alliances, licensing, or third-party deals.
- Proven negotiation experience with external partners and suppliers.
- Strong stakeholder management across commercial, legal, medical and supply teams.
- Solid business case development and financial literacy for deal assessment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning contract and project tools.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Advanced degree such as MBA, MSc or legal qualification.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, vaccines, biotech or healthcare partnerships.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for third-party agreements.
- Experience working with cross-border or regional alliance arrangements.
- Track record leading multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
- Skills in data analysis and dashboard reporting (Power BI or similar).
Working arrangement
This role is based in the Philippines and requires an on-site presence with hybrid flexibility as business needs demand. You will collaborate regularly with colleagues across time zones and occasionally travel for partner meetings.
