Position Summary You will lead GSK’s alliances in the Philippines to deliver shared goals and better health outcomes. You will manage partner relationships, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure strong governance and delivery. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Own the end-to-end relationship with alliance partners and drive joint plans and priorities. - Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on milestones, budgets, and agreed key performance indicators. - Establish and run governance forums, prepare clear reports, and manage risk escalation. - Work with partners on commercial and operational planning, including forecasting and performance reviews. - Ensure contracts and partner activities follow compliance and internal policy requirements. - Capture and share lessons learned to improve how alliances work across the organisation. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field. - At least 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Proven experience managing alliances, partnerships, or joint ventures. - Experience leading cross-functional or matrix teams. - Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. - Commercial planning experience, including forecasting and KPI monitoring. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Advanced degree such as MBA or relevant master’s degree. - Experience in alliance governance, contract management, or business development. - Familiarity with supply chain, regulatory, medical governance, or market access processes. - Experience working with multinational teams and global stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions. - Knowledge of the Philippines healthcare market. Working Arrangement This role is based in the Philippines and is hybrid. You will work from an office part of the week and from home on agreed days.
