The Opportunity:

As a CACI All Source Analyst you will serve as a key member of a threat analyses, assessment, and intelligence collection team directly supporting Special Operations across the Theater Special Operations Commands, and with other Strategic Partners, within the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. You will be an All-Source Analyst in the Special Operations Command North (SOCNORTH) Analytical Network (SAN) embedded with HSI-Miami. You will provide embedded analytical and liaison support to SOCNORTH other government agencies to share intelligence between organizations in support of executing SOCNORTH mission priorities as they intersect with the embedded agency in the defense of the Homeland. The position interfaces with interagency organizations to create assessments supporting sharing, targeting efforts, and threat analysis. This position leverages and delivers tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft required to provide accurate, timely, relevant, and understandable intelligence material to inform decision-makers and influence outcomes. The All-Source position relies on reporting from disparate databases of law enforcement, DoW and Intelligence Community (IC) data sources to provide operational and strategic level analysis to decision-makers. The development of intelligence assessments and liaison efforts in support of SOCNORTH, USSOCOM, and USNORTHCOM’s Counterterrorism (CT) missions, Great Power Competition (GPC) missions and Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) provide a unique opportunity to enhance intelligence efforts across the SAN. The position incorporates threat analysis, threat assessments, joint intelligence reports, papers, briefings, reviews, and political-military analyses which include the integration of multi-discipline intelligence and law enforcement cases. The analyst will develop detailed strategic and regional analysis and assessments to identify risks, gaps, vulnerabilities, and when asked, recommend countermeasures against a range of national and global threats. Contracted personnel (if they hold/maintain the requisite DoW certification & training) supporting SOCNORTH may conduct Intelligence Analysis and analytical support to HUMINT collections at the direction, guidance, and oversight of USNORTHCOM delegated authority to SOCNORTH J-2.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as embedded Intelligence Analyst specializing in All-Source Analysis with ability to liaise on behalf of SOCNORTH

  • Provide intelligence analysis and analytical products to support SOCNORTH targeting efforts, threat assessments, and joint intelligence preparation of the operating environment in support of SOCNORTH, USSOCOM, and USNORTHCOM objectives.

  • Analyze multi-domain intelligence to discover, develop, and assist in intelligence analysis, refinement of collection requirements, and target development of various threats and actors.

  • Conducts all-source research, analysis, and target development through various reporting, processes, and databases.

  • Liaison between SOCNORTH, other commands, and Interagency regarding Intelligence requirements.

  • Validate information and apply client tradecraft as you help build assessments.

  • Providing briefings and point papers regarding status of analytic support efforts.

  • Researching and developing Intelligence initiatives for operations and special projects and programs; maintain knowledge of PIRs and standing collection requirements.

  • Provides consistent real-time updates of current analyses and assessments to existing Intel databases. (Analysts on-call from Threat Analysis Team include: GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, HUMINT, *Sub-T, *dense urban Terrain, *Insider Threat, *C-UAX) (SMEs on-call from Mod & Innovation Cell include *UGVs, EMS, EW, KM; ORSA; RDT&E; RED Team; Cultural Advisors; IT; TNG Integrators; Curriculum Integrators; Logisticians; linguist)

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

  • A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, an associate degree and 7+ years of experience, or 9+ years of relevant work experience.

  • A minimum of three years of experience in intelligence analysis, HUMINT collections, and/or intelligence operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic-level command or while supporting a similar size and scope of a DoW contract.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting all-source research and analysis to develop tailored intelligence products.

  • Proficiency in analyzing adversary networks and operating patterns, including associative targeting of individuals, cells, network command and control (C2), and logistics.

  • Working knowledge of intelligence and liaison support to multi-discipline intelligence to operations, investments and activities.

  • Demonstrates the ability to analyze population demographics across multiple AORs, with a focus on interlocking areas of operations between Geographic Combatant Commands (GCC).

  • Proficiency in utilizing IC tools, conducting network analysis, and operating managed attribution accounts.

  • Hands-on experience and demonstrated proficiency with analytical platforms, including Maven Smart Systems (Palantir), Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, ArcGIS, Mosaic, SOTK (formerly BHTK), and Graph Databases.

  • Working knowledge of the tools, methodologies, and concepts underlying real-time and near-real-time knowledge management systems and portals.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to perform effective liaison duties.

  • Strong attention to detail and rigorous analytical standards.

  • Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

Desired: 

  • Experience supporting USSOCOM or Joint SOF organizations in a deployed environment. 

  • Graduate of SOF Intelligence Course which include but are not limited to the Mutli-Discipline Intelligence Operators Course (MDIOC), the Special Forces Intelligence Sergeant Course (18F Course) and/or approved SOF-Level 1/Level 2 courses.

  • Certification for CT analysis, Military Intelligence Capabilities analysis, strategic or regional analysis, and/or threat finance qualifying course.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
