The Opportunity:

As a CACI All Source Analyst in the Special Operations Command North (SOCNORTH) Analytical Network (SAN) embedded with Alaska Command (ALCOM) G2, you will provide embedded analytical network support to SOCNORTH other government agencies in order share intelligence between organizations in support of executing SOCNORTH mission priorities as they intersect with the embedded agency in the defense of the Homeland. You will provide all-source research, analysis, reporting, processes, and databases to analyze large amounts of data; provide/present intelligence products at the operational and strategic level for senior leaders.  Products include but are not limited to: CT and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, joint intelligence reports, papers, briefings, reviews, and political-military analyses. The Intelligence Analyst shall interface with other intelligence organizations to create assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis. The Intelligence Analyst (IAs) is responsible for the production of intelligence assessments and products in support of SOCNORTH, USSOCOM, and USNORTHCOM. Additionally, the IA will provide accurate, relevant, and timely All Source analyses, assessments, credible intelligence assessments on threats, threat actor capabilities & intentions, and networks in accordance with and determined by SOCNORTH missions and Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR).  Develops detailed threat analysis and assessments against a range of national and global threats to identify risks, gap, and vulnerabilities and recommend countermeasures. Provides consistent real-time updates of current analyses and assessments to existing Intel databases. Leverages and delivers the tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft required to provide timely, relevant, and understandable intelligence material to inform decision-makers and influence outcomes. Contracted personnel (that hold/maintain the requisite DoD certification & training) supporting SOCNORTH conduct Intelligence Analysis, Intelligence Operations support as well as exposure to HUMINT collection at the direction, under guidance, oversight, and USNORTHCOM delegated authority of SOCNORTH J2. The Analyst will maintain an active TS/SCI clearance. You will also serve as key member of a threat analyses, intelligence collection, and assessment team directly supporting Special Operations commands across the Theater Special Operations Commands and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a embedded All Source Intelligence Analyst

  • Provide intelligence analysis and analytical products to support SOCNORTH targeting efforts, threat assessments, and joint intelligence preparation of the operating environment in support of SOCNORTH, USSOCOM, and USNORTHCOM objectives.

  • Serves as embedded Intelligence Analyst specializing in All Source Analysis with ability to liaise on behalf of SOCNORTH.

  • Analyze multi-domain intelligence to discover, develop, and assist in intelligence analysis, refinement of collection requirements, and target development of various threats and actors.

  • Conducts all-source research, analysis, and target development through various reporting, processes, and databases.

  • Liaison between SOCNORTH, other commands, and Interagency regarding Intelligence requirements.

  • Validate information and apply client tradecraft as you help build assessments.

  • Providing briefings and point papers regarding status of analytic support efforts.

  • Researching and developing Intelligence initiatives for operations and special projects and programs; maintain knowledge of PIRs and standing  collection requirements.

  • Provides consistent real-time updates of current analyses and assessments to existing Intel databases. (Analysts on-call from Threat Analysis Team include: GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, HUMINT, *Sub-T, *dense urban Terrain, *Insider Threat, *C-UAX) (SMEs on-call from Mod & Innovation Cell include *UGVs, EMS, EW, KM; ORSA; RDT&E; RED Team; Cultural Advisors; IT; TNG Integrators; Curriculum Integrators; Logisticians; linguist)

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

  • A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, an associate degree and 7+ years of experience, or 9+ years of relevant work experience.

  • A minimum of three years' experience in intelligence analysis and/or intelligence operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic-level command or while supporting a similar size and scope of a DoD contract.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting all-source research and analysis to develop tailored intelligence products.

  • Proficiency in analyzing adversary networks and operating patterns, including associative targeting of individuals, cells, network command and control (C2), and logistics.

  • Working knowledge providing intelligence support to HUMINT activities.

  • Expertise in analyzing population demographics across the NORTHCOM, INDOPACOM, and EUCOM AORs, with a focus on tribal dynamics, ethnic groups, religions, and associated diasporas.

  • Advanced proficiency in utilizing Intelligence Community (IC) tools, conducting network analysis, and operating managed attribution accounts.

  • Hands-on experience and demonstrated proficiency with specific analytical and targeting platforms, including Proton, Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, Google Earth, CZTK, Rockstar, Mosaic, Maven Smart Systems/Palantir, and Graph Databases.

  • Working knowledge of the tools, methodologies, and concepts underlying real-time and near-real-time knowledge management systems and portals.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to perform effective liaison duties.

  • Strong attention to detail and rigorous analytical standards.

Desired: 

  • Experience supporting USSOCOM or Joint SOF organizations in a deployed environment. 

  • Graduate of advanced Intelligence Analysis courses (Service level), SOF Intelligence Course, or Joint Intelligence courses.

  • Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

$90,300 - 189,600 USD
