Job Responsibilities
The ALign Finance (FiCoPro) Project Manager is responsible for:
Finalize Scope and Objectives
Develop the detailed Project Plan (discovery, design, development, testing, go-live, post-go-live support), milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Budget and Resources Management
Build the Finance Project Team (finance subject matter experts).
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams (business, D&IT including external vendors)
3. Execution and Processes Oversight
Process Design and Standardization with the inventory of the regulatory localization requirements and local systems beyond Finance.
Data Migration Oversight
Testing and Quality Assurance
Go-Live Coordination
Hypercare and Stabilization
Issue Resolution, escalating problems and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
Project Closure
4. Change Management and Communication
Develop the Change Management Plan including communicating the "why" and benefits
Training and User Adoption.
Ongoing Communication to the steering committee and all stakeholders, detailing progress, risks, and issues.
10+ years of experience in finance and some experience in project management
Strong working knowledge of finance and controls.
Previous ERP deployment experience
Exposure to the Asian market
Experience collaborating with diverse departments and cross-functional teams,
Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of management and the organization.
High level of initiative and a continuous desire to improve processes and performance.
Organized, adaptable team player with a strong ability to multitask.
Energetic and driven to execute under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
