In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and delivery of service, connecting with global and regional partner teams to deliver a cohesive client experience

  • Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with client’s teams such as Head of Risk, Head of Fixed Income desk, Head of Compliance and Head of Platform management.

  • Translate client business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational constraints into practical Aladdin solutions, leveraging risk modelling, trade, compliance, and post‑trade capabilities.

  • Work with support team representatives to analyze service patterns and themes.

  • Oversee ongoing client engagement through regular meetings to review service metrics, prioritize projects and align long term strategy.

  • Collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to reflect local regulatory, operational, and market conventions within a global platform.

  • Identify root causes of systemic issues and work with stakeholders to drive scalable, sustainable improvements.

You have:

  • 4+ years of experience in Financial Services, Technology, Consulting or Buy Side with a proficiency across Cash and Position reconciliations, Derivative Operations, Corporate Action processing and other workflows in the Investment Operations space.

  • A working understanding of Japanese and global capital markets, including equity, fixed income, alternatives, and derivative markets, with exposure to risk analytics, compliance, trading, or operations.

  • Experience advising clients or internal stakeholders on technology‑enabled process improvement, portfolio workflows, risk management, or reporting.

  • A consultative approach to understanding client needs and a passion for solving problems

  • Ability to run multiple priorities.

  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, conveying complex concepts simply and clearly to clients

  • Business proficient in both Japanese and English, with the ability to operate seamlessly in bilingual client and internal environments.

You may have:

  • Direct experience in portfolio / risk management, trading, compliance, or operations analyst roles

  • Proficiency in working with large sets of data

  • A proven understanding of SQL, UNIX, VBA, R, Python, or similar tools, and/or Aladdin

  • Experience working with Japanese institutional governance structures, including approval processes, vendor management, or regulatory reporting.

Our hybrid work model
