Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities
Digital & Technology Leadership

  • Leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital supply chain tools, systems, and processes (e.g., ERP, eProcurement platforms, Contract Lifecycle Management systems, analytics platforms).
  • Partners with IT and business stakeholders to define system requirements, prioritize enhancements, and support technology roadmaps.
  • Drives automation opportunities, including workflow optimization, robotics, AI‑enabled analytics, and self‑service reporting.
  • Ensures data integrity, governance, and standardization across procurement, sourcing, contracts, and supplier performance datasets.

Supply Chain Operations Support

  • Provides leadership and guidance on supply chain processes for an assigned team, integrating the best digital practices.
  • Works with client groups to define, analyze, and prioritize supply requirements aligned with business strategies and system capabilities.
  • Ensures procurement activities and digital workflows comply with company policies, documented processes, and industry standards.
  • Identifies supply chain risks using data insights and develops mitigation strategies supported by digital tools.

Sourcing, Procurement & Contract Digital Enablement

  • Leads or supports end‑to‑end RFx processes using digital sourcing tools, including template development, evaluation frameworks, and automated scoring.
  • Develops and implements digital contracting workflows, including CLM configurations, template libraries, and approval routing.
  • Identifies, leverages, and recommends opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies enabled through technology.
  • Tracks market trends, digital innovation, and supply chain technology opportunities to inform sourcing decisions.

Supplier Relationship & Performance Management

  • Implements and manages supplier performance dashboards, scorecards, and analytic insights.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key suppliers to drive performance, digital collaboration, and compliance.
  • Leads cross-functional digital sourcing and supplier performance improvement projects.

Governance, Process Improvement & Collaboration

  • Helps develop and support policies and procedures that govern digital procurement and supply processes.
  • Partners with third‑party technology providers to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Promotes communication and alignment with leadership and cross‑functional teams through reporting, analytics, and digital insights.
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives, simplifying buying channels and reducing organizational friction through technology enablement.


Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
Education & Experience

  • 10+ years of Supply Chain experience, with at least 3 years in digital supply chain, procurement systems, analytics, or IT‑enabled process improvement.

Technical & Digital Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.), eProcurement tools, and/or Contract Lifecycle Management systems.
  • Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with workflow automation, digital sourcing platforms, or supplier performance systems.
  • High proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite; Power Platform experience is an asset.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
