The Airtable Product Owner is a senior engineering professional who independently applies advanced technical expertise to deliver complex work. This role leads the design and development of a sophisticated platform ecosystem, including unit and integration testing for key subsystems, and partners closely with business stakeholders to define and shape the technology roadmap.
What You’ll Work On
Leads and owns the platform’s design and implementation for one or more software features, serving as the technical subject matter expert and identifying process gaps with recommended improvements.
Defines the strategy for feature evolution, including branching, integration, and deployment workflows.
Acts as the primary Product Owner, anticipating enterprise needs and collaborating with cross‑functional partners to align on overall system strategy.
Translates business requirements into scalable, high‑quality technical solutions and ensures successful integration across the platform.
Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive platform adoption, optimization, and ongoing continuous improvement.
Analyzes user, product, and software requirements and provides clear, actionable guidance to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, in engineering, science, or closely related discipline
6+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with Airtable or a comparable low‑code platform (e.g., SmartSuite, Notion, Quickbase, or Monday.com), including building data models, workflows, automations, and integrations.
The base pay for this position is
$99,300.00 – $198,700.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
