Airport Operations Specialist

As the on-site Station Manager at Changi Airport, you are the face of Blacklane for our airline partners and supply network. You are responsible for the end-to-end quality of our chauffeur-driven services. This role combines rigorous on-ground auditing with proactive stakeholder engagement to ensure a seamless, premium experience for every VIP guest.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Quality & Audits:
    • Perform regular on-ground audits and quality checks of chauffeurs, vehicles, and greeters.
    • Monitor and provide real-time training to ensure adherence to Blacklane’s premium standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as the central point of contact at SIN for airline partners on all quality matters.
    • Develop and own relationships with internal teams and external supply partners.
  • Operational Management:
    • Ensure the successful operational execution of strategic partnerships at your station.
    • Proactively communicate process changes to internal and external stakeholders to enhance service quality.
  • Supply Optimization:
    • Improve supply quality and engagement from professional chauffeurs.
    • Provide local insights to Partner Support teams to ensure they can effectively assist our supply partners.
  • Review & Reporting:
    • Lead quality checks within your station and participate in monthly/quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR) with Key Account Managers and Market Managers.

 ABOUT YOU:

  • Experience:
    • 3-4 years in airport operations, ground handling or premium hospitality management.
    • Deep knowledge of Changi Airport flows and VIP service protocols.
  • Communication:
    • Exceptional stakeholder management skills. You can professionally navigate conversations with airline station managers, chauffeur partners and internal leadership.
  • Mindset:
  • You thrive as an "on-site owner" and proactive problem-solver who can drive supply engagement and quality improvements independently.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
    • Fluent in English.Speaking Mandarin would be a plus.
