Are you our new AI/RPA Expert?

As an AI/RPA Expert at Intrum, you will have a pivotal role in shaping and designing new technology solutions based on Artificial Intelligence within the Intrum Group ecosystem, during a period of major transformation. With company focus on automation and operational efficiency, this role is critical to ensuring scalable, secure, and well-architected solutions. You will work closely with Intrum Group Architects, AI teams, local technology teams, as well as business units under AI governance to design end-to-end technical solutions that support high-volume transactions, and resilient operations.

What will you do: 

• Define end-to-end AI architecture covering application, integration, data, and infrastructure layers
• Ensure solutions support high-availability, transactional integrity, and operational resilience
• Design and review API-based integrations, event-driven and queue-based architectures
• Provide architectural guidance for AI and RPA based systems
• Ensure alignment with Group architectural standards, security principles, and regulatory requirements
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into robust, scalable technical designs based on latest technologies
• Collaborate with Data engineering team to secure availability of data and information sources for the implementation of AI solutions

What we’re looking for: 

• Proven experience as an AI professional in complex environments
• Deep understanding of AI and LLM models 
• Experience with RPA technologies
• Experience designing solutions for financial services or other regulated industries
• Ability to collaborate effectively with external vendors and local delivery teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to design solutions balancing scalability, security, and operational efficiency
• Ability to interpret and apply architectural standards and policies in practical implementations
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to support delivery under tight timelines
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
