Job Summary: You will serve as an Aircraft Examiner (Progressman) in the MRO Production Department of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.

This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO DO THE WORK OF THE POSITION WITHOUT MORE THAN NORMAL SUPERVISION: (1) Applying journey-level trades knowledge and skill as an Aircraft Examiner; (2) Applying specific knowledge of airframe structural, aircraft mechanical, pneudraulic, hydraulic, and/or electrical systems; (3) Utilizing experience in assigning duties and progression for the position of specific trades; (4) Ensuring work is properly evaluated and provided at update/production meetings; (5) Operating principles and functions of the various systems of aircraft; (6) Interpreting, analyzing and applying blueprints, specifications and other technical directives. I am considered an expert and work with a high degree of independence.
