Details of the position:
Contract type : permanent / unlimited
Job grading : G14 (Convention Collective de la Métallurgie)
Location : Blagnac (31), France
Onsite/Remote/Hybrid = Hybrid (up to 2 days of telework per week)
Travel : this role involves international business trips and as such, you must be able to travel accordingly
Your mission
Develop and deliver Airline Operations training solution on time, cost and quality (e.g. of training outlines = Master airline profit dynamics and learn about the airline business cycle and its impact on fleet acquisition and management)
Design new training solutions (courses, learning solutions, …) addressing Customer needs, and ensure the proper project management for new developments
Support the technical assessment of Customer requirements in the context of commercial offers.
Maintain and develop the customer relationship, with Airbus and external Customers
Manage the evolution of the so-called AirManager serious game and associated derived training solution
On an ad hoc basis : drive product portfolio evolution in order to address market needs and identify emerging companies as well as disruptive technologies within the airline operations sector.
Your boarding pass:
- Airline Operations Expertise : at least 5 years of successful experience in flight operations, ground operations, regulatory compliance and/or safety management systems with an Airline, Lessor, Airport, Regulator or MRO
- Thorough understanding of the Aerospace industry
- Training & instructional skills : ability to design and deliver learning solutions, familiarity with adult learning principles / pedagogical skills (or willingness to learn)
- Project Management skills and experience
- Use of tools : at ease with digital tools such as LMS, e-learning platforms, on-line serious game or internal company IT tools such as ERP, Google Suite, Microsoft Office
- Language : fluent in English and French
- Soft skills : communication & presentation skills, Customer mindset, stakeholder management, problem-solving and decision-making, adaptability in a fast-changing environment, curious in testing and experimenting new things, autonomous... yet a team player
A plus would be:
- Master or Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Aerospace/Airline/Aircraft Engineering
- Experience in an international aerospace company in technical, operational or commercial/business roles
- Experience in Maintenance would be an asset
- Demonstrated pedagogical skills and/or Instructional Design background
- Professional certifications would be an asset
- Creativity and innovation skills
- Use of serious games in training
- Background as a trainer or facilitator
- Multilingual abilities (Portuguese, German, ...)
