Main accountabilities:
- Full P&L accountability for the Pilot Seats program, reporting to the Airbus Atlantic Head of Development & External programs
- Full Time, Cost, Quality, Performance management accountability through the full lifecycle of all the Pilot Seats Programs.
- Ensure that all programme targets (product performance, quality & delivery schedule, financial objectives, including Profit & Loss) are met whilst verifying the company commitments towards the customer.
- Lead the programme organization (4 direct reports and the Multi Functionnal Team (Engineering, manufacturing/industry, supply chain, procurement, quality etc...), optimise & arbitrate resources / conflicts / risks & opportunities.
- Cover all Airbus programs plus several serial programs. F10X pilot seats in end of development phase, close to EIS. Aftersales market represents half of the business
About you:
- You have solid experience in project and/or program management
- You are recognized for your leadership and ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams
- You thrive in an environment where you have the freedom to take initiative, share your ideas, and contribute to project development
- You express yourself with clarity and know how to adapt your communication to your audience
- Fluent French and English (B2 level minimum) are required
About the Rochefort site:
The Airbus Atlantic site in Rochefort specializes in the assembly of fuselage elements for the A320, A330, A350, A400M, and G7500 aircraft families. It also produces pilot seats for commercial Aircraft across all programs, business jets, military aircraft, and civil and military helicopters. Additionally, it designs and manufactures First Class and Business Class passenger seats.
