Beyond high-level planning, this position serves as the primary owner for the site’s Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) program and Method 21 compliance. In addition, this role will manage onsite analytical instrumentation, including portable FTIRs, to investigate emissions anomalies and oversee critical data acquisition for daily compliance monitoring.
