We are looking for “Air Product Intern” to join our Air Cargo department. This role is crucial to support essential financial and operational tasks, including managing invoice workflows and validating reports. The intern will also work with core systems like TMFF, SAP, utilize macro ensuring accurate and timely process execution within the department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workflow Management
o Review unmatched supplier invoices and notify Air team for resolution.
o Respond to workflow updates once issues are resolved.
2. CASS Report Validation
o Validate CASS report entries against job pricing.
o Coordinate with Air team for pricing updates and Financial Operations for workflow responses.
3. Financial Closure Support
o Monitor soft and hard close activities using Pulse Report to ensure accurate financial closure.
4. Invoice Copy Handling
o Download invoice copies from SAP using macro tools for collections.
5. Ticket Case Management
o Raise tickets when invoices are not generated on TMFF to ensure timely resolution.
6. Open Purchase Order Review
o Review open POs and coordinate with Air team to close unnecessary ones.
7. Operations (support to Operators and Pricing)
o Performs booking and booking optimization according to internal guidelines as defined by Product
o Follows-up shipment status in the Export-Import area, identifies incidents and ensures resolution of incidents
o Prepare excel and follow up files for Pricing and Operations platform
