Air Operations Associate

The opportunity:

The role of the Air Operations Associate, Thailand is a critical part of Flexport’s mission to make global trade easy for everyone a reality. Flexport today connects almost 10,000 clients and suppliers across 109 countries. Your direct stakeholders are the partners within your region, account management, customs teams, air carriers, terminals and trucking providers. Your work directly supports Flexport’s end customers in achieving their logistics goals. Most importantly, you will play a pivotal role in building the future operational model at Flexport allowing us to effectively scale to achieve our mission of making global trade easier for everyone

You will:

• On a day to day basis , working closely with our stakeholders to manage , plan and execute Air Bookings to ensure that shipments meet committed service levels
• Decide on the best consolidation of shipments to optimize margins.
• Contribute to build Flexport air export planning processes & tools.
• Provide customer service and troubleshoot any issues

You should have:

• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• An internal track record of success in an operational or planning role;
• Very structured and with high level of energy;
• Strong analytical background and full mastery of analytical tools (Excel, etc.);
• Strategic vision and ground floor execution;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
• Next-level attention to detail;
• A mastery of email communication. You keep the inbox at zero;

• Previous experience in Forwarder or Airline Space Control / Revenue Management / Export Planning a plus.
• Hands-on, process-oriented, structured thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities
