The Air Dominance (AD) Sub Strategic Business Unit is seeking to hire a Program Integrator (PI) located in Tucson, Arizona at Raytheon.  This PI will report to the Air Dominance Program Integration and Operations team and is a key driver of cross-portfolio efforts on various tasks, including working independently on special assignments, and may provide surge support to other programs within Air Dominance. Due to the breadth of responsibility, this position provides tremendous exposure to the program leadership team’s day-to-day operations and strategic direction for the program, as well as the opportunity to demonstrate a high-level of creativity, innovation, and initiative.

This position is onsite in Tucson, AZ. Relocation is not available.

What You Will Do:

  • Support cross-functional integration to meet program milestones.

  • Support proposals efforts in accordance with Raytheon’s procedures.

  • Support Risk & Opportunity efforts in accordance with Raytheon’s procedures.

  • Develop relationships with the various AD teams to manage the work being executed to provide familiarity with customer engagements, scheduling and sell-off. process/requirements, shipping processes/requirements.

  • Maintain Program Management Plans.

  • Develop internal and external executive-level communications.

  • Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations, such as contracts, finance, supply chain, operations, quality, and administrative functions.

  • Coordinate customer program reviews and factory tours.

  • Complex problem resolution with a team of individuals, all representing a particular function and working together in unison.

  • Develop and deploy best practices into the PMO.

  • Support PMO CORE projects.

Qualifications We Require:

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years experience.

  • Experience in project coordination, operations or business support.

  • Experience with program management tools and processes related to product development, EVMS, Risk Management, Estimate at Complete (EAC).

  • Ability to obtain an active U.S. government issued security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience implementing creative solutions while achieving internal and external customer collaboration.

  • Experience working with senior levels of leadership effectively, with high situational awareness, using essential diplomatic skills under stressful conditions.

  • Experience working across business areas, managing tasks, requirements and commitments and interface successfully with numerous disciplines, leadership, and management of execution.

  • Ability to operate independently in an extremely fast-paced environment to navigate organizational complexities and to obtain resources (through influence) to move initiatives forward.

  • Experience creating Basis of Estimating (BOEs) to support labor and material bids.

  • Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
