AI/ML Product Manager, Senior Specialist

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead digital product management activities for multiple digital products or one strategic product with cross-divisional impact, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.

  • Define and drive the AI and digital twin strategy, enabling simulation capabilities that improve decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization.

  • Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in innovative domains, especially where high uncertainty exists, by effectively evaluating opportunities and risks in emerging technologies.

  • Exhibit the ability to convert ambiguous problems into well-defined hypotheses, measurable metrics, and actionable AI/ML plans that guide experimentation and learning.

  • Build and maintain a scalable product roadmap for AI-driven solutions, aligning initiatives with business priorities and long-term strategic goals.

  • Surface and prioritize high-value AI use cases by collaborating with stakeholders and analyzing market trends, ensuring measurable impact on client and participant experiences.

  • Experimentation and hypothesis-driven development with ability to design and execute experiments that validate assumptions and guide product evolution.

  • Expertise with multimodal LLMs, including text, vision, and speech modalities, and their application in enterprise solutions.

  • Experience with agentic systems and browser-use agents capable of reasoning, planning, and interacting with web environments for data gathering and task execution.

  • Strong user experience (UX) leadership, integrating AI-driven personalization and usability principles into product design for superior client engagement.

  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset, proactively identifying new business models and value creation strategies, while adapting quickly to changing environments and driving scalable innovation across teams.

  • Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, technology, and others, to establish best practices that drive significant change to the client or participant experience.

  • Coach and mentor digital product teams at scale, promoting consistency in approach, adoption of best practices, and continuous learning across divisions.

  • Facilitate strong business support by driving alignment across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring decisions and impacts reflect strategic priorities and client propositions.

  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of new digital products or platforms with enterprise-wide impact, defining markets, detailed product features, and implementation plans.

  • Employ advanced qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve user experience and inform strategic decisions, leveraging insights for personalization and engagement.

  • Collaborate with data science, engineering, and governance teams to integrate AI capabilities into digital products, focusing on accuracy, latency, security, and compliance.

  • Working knowledge of personal investment, wealth management, and behavioral finance.

Qualifications

  • 8 years related business experience in a technical space (Data Science or Product Management)

  • 4 years of technical program management experience.

  • Identify and Develop AI/ML/GenAI Business Use Cases - Identify, develop, and manage AI/ML/GenAI business use cases from concept to deployment, ensuring they meet business needs and deliver value.  

  • Experience with stakeholder management and communication

  • Develop Product Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap - Create and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-value AI/ML products.

  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-function technical, analytics, and data engineering teams.
