The Argonne Leadership Computing Facility (ALCF) is looking for an AI/Machine Learning Software Engineer to help build, deploy, and scale production-quality AI services that support cutting-edge scientific discovery. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys turning powerful ideas into robust, usable systems. You will help productize AI capabilities at ALCF by building software services, deployment pipelines, and operational infrastructure that make advanced AI tools accessible, reliable, and scalable for researchers. Your work will directly support scientific users working at the frontier of AI, high-performance computing, and data-driven discovery.

Full timeThe expected hiring range for this position is $94,486.00 - $147,398.94.Please note that the pay range information is a general guideline only. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as, but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, business considerations, internal equity, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
