AI Technical Lead

Job Title: AI Technical Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI technical Lead to drive and coordinate AI projects across development, testing, and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying impactful use cases, leading hands-on implementation, and ensuring the successful integration of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end AI initiatives, from use case identification to deployment and support.
• Lead hands-on implementation of AI models and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
• Assess and estimate potential optimizations using AI to improve efficiency and performance.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI platforms and LLMs, translating them to project specific use cases
• Support the testing, tuning, and refinement of AI models to meet quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members working on AI projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in AI implementation, including working with AI platforms and LLMs.
• Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Ability to evaluate and estimate potential AI-driven optimizations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Prior experience in driving AI initiatives within a product or research environment.
