As an AI Systems and Solutions Engineering Intern, you will support the design and development of integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions that combine software, hardware awareness, and system level concepts. You will work alongside experienced engineers to learn how AI solutions are built across the technology stack, from models and software frameworks to platform and system considerations. This internship provides hands on exposure to AI systems development, customer driven requirements, and real world implementation challenges, helping you build foundational skills while contributing to projects that support Intel's AI technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and integration of AI software solutions within larger system architectures
• Support analysis of system level requirements, constraints, and performance considerations
• Learn and apply AI fundamentals, including machine learning and deep learning concepts
• Contribute to prototyping, testing, and validation of AI systems and components
• Support collaboration across software, hardware, and platform engineering teams
• Participate in documentation, technical reviews, and knowledge sharing
• Gain exposure to customer use cases and how requirements influence AI system design

Qualifications:
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Basic understanding of AI or machine learning concepts through coursework or projects
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C++, or similar)
• Mid to Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications
• Coursework or academic projects related to AI, machine learning, or deep learning
• Exposure to systems concepts, computer architecture, or operating systems
• Experience with Linux environments, version control (Git), or basic scripting
• Interest in autonomous systems or AI platforms
