We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Architect to help establish, scale, and operationalize AI capabilities across Ingram’s business.

This role will:

  • Define and lead the AI architecture strategy
  • Build and evolve AI solution use cases within the Center of Excellence (CoE)
  • Support business units in identifying, assessing, and implementing AI opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on AI adoption, governance, and value realization

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Architecture

  • Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI architectures
  • Define reference architectures, standards, and best practices for AI solutions
  • Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI platforms
  • Evaluate and onboard tools (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI, MLOps platforms)

AI Center of Excellence (CoE) Leadership

  • Establish and maintain a central AI use case repository
  • Develop a structured AI use case lifecycle, including:
  • Ideation → Assessment → Prioritization → Implementation → Value tracking
  • Partner with business units to:
  • Identify high-value AI opportunities
  • Translate business problems into AI solutions
  • Track and report AI value realization (ROI, efficiency gains, revenue impact

AI Use Case Development & Delivery

  • Lead the design and delivery of AI solutions, including:
  • Generative AI use cases (Copilots, chatbots, automation)
  • Data-driven predictive models
  • Intelligent process automation

Work closely with engineering teams to:

  • Prototype and deploy AI applications
  • Integrate AI into enterprise workflows


AI Advisory & Assessment (Critical)

  • Conduct AI readiness assessments across business units
  • Lead AI discovery workshops with stakeholders
  • Provide advisory on:
    • AI adoption strategy
    • Use case prioritization
    • Data readiness and governance
  • Develop AI roadmaps tailored to business maturity and goals
  • Candidates with proven experience in AI advisory / consulting engagements will be strongly preferred

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Define AI governance frameworks (responsible AI, data privacy, ethics)
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Establish guardrails for:
    • Data usage
    • Model usage
    • AI outputs

Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Act as a bridge between:
    • Business leaders
    • IT / Data / Engineering teams
  • Communicate AI concepts in a clear, non-technical manner
  • Drive organization-wide adoption of AI solutions

Required Skills & Experience

Core Expertise:

  • 8+ years in solution architecture / data / AI / digital transformation
  • Strong experience in:
  • AI / ML platforms (Azure AI, AWS, GCP)
  • Generative AI (LLMs, Copilots, prompt engineering)
  • Data architecture (data lakes, pipelines, APIs)
  • Hands-on experience in deploying end-to-end AI solutions

AI & Technology Skills

  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure (onpremise/ cloud/ networking) and cybersecurity for enterprise
  • Prior knowledge of enterprise AI products will be advantageous (H20.ai, IBM Watsonx.. etc)
  • LLM/GenAI experience (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, etc.)
  • MLOps / AI lifecycle management
  • API-based integration of AI into business systems
  • Familiarity with tools like:
  • Power Platform, ServiceNow, CRM/ERP integrations

Advisory & Business Skills

  • Experience in:
  • Conducting AI assessments / advisory engagements
  • Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions
  • Translating business problems into AI use cases
  • Ability to define AI strategy and roadmap

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to influence at senior leadership level
  • Strategic thinking with execution mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-evolving AI landscape

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience building or working within an AI Center of Excellence
  • Prior consulting or advisory background

Experience in:

  • Global / multi-entity organizations
  • PSA / service delivery environments

Certifications (optional but valuable):

  • Cloud AI Engineer / Solutions Architect
  • Data & AI certifications
