The Digital Products team is responsible for the design, build, and deployment of world class AI enabled products and solutions that empower a future ready workforce, drive efficiencies via automation and support implementation of newer business operating models for HP’s business. With a focus on Innovation, the group drives differentiation with architectural vision to consolidate, accelerate and simplify new technology adoption and deliver high value solutions that solve the pain points of all its stakeholders.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions that solve complex business problems. This role bridges strategy, product, and engineering, collaborating closely with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and experience designers to define AI architectures that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. You will guide solution design across the full AI lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to production and scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end AI solutions that align with business needs and technical strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product Strategists, Product Analysts, and Experience Designers to ensure solutions are desirable, viable, and feasible.
  • Define architecture standards, patterns, and best practices for AI/ML deployment across the enterprise.
  • Lead technical decision-making on AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and data architectures.
  • Partner with engineering squads to ensure solutions are implementable, maintainable, and scalable.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools, recommending innovative approaches.
  • Communicate solution vision, trade-offs, and roadmaps to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Mentor engineers and architects in AI best practices, fostering technical excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, solution architecture, or software engineering.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.), and data architectures.
  • Strong understanding of AI model deployment, MLOps, and scalable solution design.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional digital product teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience in agile or squad-based product development environments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD for AI/ML pipelines.
  • Domain-specific knowledge relevant to business verticals (finance, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.).

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional

opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United

States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related

knowledge, skills, and experience.
