Aufgaben
Du entwirfst und verantwortest End-to-End-KI-Architekturen auf Azure, ausgerichtet am Azure Well-Architected Framework (Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, Cost Optimization und Operational Excellence).
Auf Basis des Azure Cloud Adoption Frameworks definierst und implementierst du Enterprise-Landing-Zones und Umgebungstopologien, um skalierbare und regelkonforme KI-Entwicklung im gesamten Unternehmen zu ermöglichen.
Du erstellst und pflegst Referenzarchitekturen, Architectural Decision Records (ADRs) sowie Infrastructure-as-Code- und CI/CD-Templates zur Unterstützung von Spikes, PoCs und Referenzimplementierungen.
Für produktionsreife KI-Lösungen etablierst du klare Qualitätskriterien, indem du Security- und Privacy-Kontrollen, Observability-Standards, Hochverfügbarkeits- und Disaster-Recovery-Strategien sowie Performance-Baselines vor dem Go-Live definierst und umsetzt.
Durch Design-Reviews, Technologie-Evaluierungen und strategische Beratung unterstützt du Build-vs-Buy-Entscheidungen, die Auswahl geeigneter Runtimes und begleitest Teams als Mentor in cloud-nativer Architektur, Data Engineering und AI/ML-Best Practices

You design and own end-to-end AI solution architectures on Azure, aligned with the Azure Well-Architected Framework (security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization, and operational excellence).
Based on the Azure Cloud Adoption Framework, you define and implement enterprise landing zones and environment topologies to enable scalable and compliant AI development across the organization.
You create and maintain reference architectures, architectural decision records (ADRs), as well as infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD templates to support spikes, proofs of concept, and reference implementations.
To ensure production readiness, you establish clear quality standards by implementing security and privacy controls, observability, high-availability and disaster-recovery strategies, as well as performance baselines before go-live.
Through design reviews, technology evaluations, and strategic consulting, you support build-vs-buy decisions, runtime selection, and mentor teams in
cloud-native architecture, data engineering, and AI/ML best practices.
Anforderungen
Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung mit oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
Du verfügst über breite Azure-Expertise in Bereichen wie Networking, Datastores, Messaging und AKS und bringst ein tiefes Verständnis moderner cloud-nativer Architekturen mit.
Erfahrung darin, Architekturprinzipien in „Paved Roads“ zu überführen – also in Templates, Tooling und Enablement-Strukturen – gehört zu deinem Profil.
Du gehst pragmatisch mit nicht-funktionalen Anforderungen um, etwa Security, Zuverlässigkeit oder Kosten, und kannst Trade-offs klar, fundiert und verständlich kommunizieren.
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse bringst du mit; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

You bring a completed master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical or scientific field or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.
You bring broad Azure expertise across networking, data stores, messaging, and AKS, combined with a strong foundation in modern cloud-native design.
You have experience translating architectural principles into “paved roads” — templates, tooling, and enablement structures that scale across teams.
You take a pragmatic approach to non-functional requirements such as security, reliability, and cost, and communicate trade-offs clearly and transparently.
You are fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
