We’re looking for an AI Research & Content Manager to establish Yotpo as a thought leader in the emerging world of AI-driven discovery.

This is a hybrid role combining research, product marketing, and storytelling. You’ll work closely with Product, Customer Success, and customers to turn real data and outcomes into insights, narratives, and proof points that educate the market and support pipeline growth.

 

What You'll Own: 

Original Research & Thought Leadership 

  • Design and execute proprietary research studies on AI search trends, consumer behavior, and AEO impact
  • Analyze Discover product data to uncover market insights and media-worthy stories
  • Create research reports, infographics, and narratives that generate coverage in AdWeek, TechCrunch, Retail Dive
  • Identify emerging trends in AI search and translate them into content opportunities

Customer Success Stories & Case Studies 

  • Build relationships with Discover customers and conduct interviews to extract compelling success stories
  • Write comprehensive case studies showcasing quantifiable business impact (traffic growth, AI citations, revenue)
  • Develop multi-format customer content: case studies, video testimonials, quote cards, sales deck snippets
  • Create a library of proof points organized by industry, use case, and business outcome
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify reference customers and advocacy opportunities

Educational Content Creation 

  • Write authoritative long-form content: ebooks, guides, whitepapers, playbooks on AEO best practices
  • Develop webinar content teaching ecommerce brands how to win in AI search
  • Create website copy explaining Discover's value to different audiences (enterprise, mid-market, technical/business buyers)
  • Craft email nurture sequences and LinkedIn thought leadership content
  • Ensure all content is optimized for both human readers and AI search engines

Required:

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS content marketing, product marketing, market research, or similar
  • Research expertise: Track record designing studies, analyzing data, and creating compelling narratives
  • Customer storytelling: Portfolio of exceptional case studies showcasing business impact
  • Outstanding writing: Can write for technical and executive audiences across formats
  • Extreme autonomy: Self-starter who identifies opportunities, builds plans, and executes independently
  • eCommerce/martech experience: Understanding of how DTC brands drive growth and measure ROI

Preferred:

  • Experience with AI/ML products or emerging tech categories
  • Background in SEO, content strategy, or growth marketing
  • Familiarity with AEO, generative engine optimization, or AI search
  • Data analysis skills and comfort with analytics platforms
  • Webinar/video content experience
  • Network in ecommerce, Shopify, or DTC ecosystem

Base salary $110,000-120,000

Compensation ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks.

Reports to: Director of Corporate Marketing & Demand Generation
