We are hiring a senior AI Program Manager to lead governance and delivery orchestration for a high-visibility enterprise AI transformation initiative. This program has executive sponsorship and enterprise-wide impact, shaping how AI capabilities are deployed across digital and assisted customer channels. Position Responsibilities:
Executive Governance & Operating Rhythm
Own SteerCo preparation (agenda, decision framing, executive pre-reads)
Establish structured reporting cadence (weekly + executive monthly)
Manage RAID and decision logs (critical for AI + regulatory traceability)
Drive executive-ready dashboards (milestones, risk posture, control readiness)
Proactively escalate and resolve cross-functional blockers
Integrated Roadmap & Delivery Orchestration
Manage cross-functional roadmap across AI, Digital, and Contact Centre streams
Coordinate Security, Risk, Privacy, and model approval gates
Lead go-live and operational readiness planning
Manage cross-stream dependencies and vendor coordination
Responsible AI & Regulatory Readiness
Track Responsible AI control implementation
Coordinate privacy, legal, and cyber security review milestones
Ensure audit- and regulator-ready documentation
Maintain formal decision traceability artifacts
-Channel Integration & Experience Continuity
Orchestrate seamless experience across digital and assisted channels
Drive operational readiness and escalation frameworks
Required Qualifications:
8–10+ years enterprise program leadership experience
Experience delivering AI, digital, or large-scale transformation initiatives
Strong exposure to governance in regulated environments
Comfortable operating with senior executives and technical teams
Exceptional communication, structure, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance innovation with disciplined risk management
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to guide multiple initiatives across multiple teams
Responds well to ambiguity and works efficiently to clarify situations and outcomes
Deep understanding of AI technical stack and architectural constraints
Advanced proficiency in programming languages and coding, such as Python

Salary range is expected to be between
$92,900.00 CAD - $142,900.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
