Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product roadmap for AI-driven solutions, aligning with enterprise architecture and business goals.
  • Lead the development of AI products using technologies such as AWS BedrockCopilot StudioLangChainLangGraph, and Agentic AI.
  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design and deploy AI AgentsAgentic AI, and AI Workflows using orchestration tools and event-driven automation.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms and third-party applications via Control TowerCopilot, and secure APIs.
  • Ensure compliance with Information SecurityData Privacy, and Responsible AI principles.
  • Drive product decisions through user research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain audit trails and usage logs for AI interactions to support governance and transparency.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage AI platform lifecycle, including exit strategies and cost optimization.

  • Qualifications

    •    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    •    10+ years of experience in product development, project delivery, or technology applications.
    •    3+ years of experience leading product development of AI platforms.  
    •    Deep understanding of product lifecycle, technical architecture, and data analytics. 
    •    Proven ability to drive adoption of product development practices including discovery, ideation, and strategic planning. 
    •    Strong stakeholder management and change leadership across functions. 
    •    Experience managing products from concept to launch. 
    •    Ability to define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals. 
    •    Strong analytical skills to evaluate market dynamics and customer needs. 
    •    Experience managing budgets and resources for strategic product initiatives. 
    •    Expertise in infrastructure products for accelerators, GPUs, and AI/ML platforms. 
    •    Experience designing and managing AI/ML infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments. 
    •    Solid understanding of intellectual property including patents and proprietary technologies. 
    •  GenAI, ML & Data Science Expertise 
    •    Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Agentic AI, LangChain, and Strand frameworks. 
    •    Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCPs) and orchestration tooling for GenAI applications. 
    •    Deep understanding of machine learning and data science concepts including supervised/unsupervised learning, model training, evaluation, and deployment. 
    •    Experience leading engineering and data science teams to deliver AI/ML-powered products. 
    •    Knowledge of Guardrails for safe and responsible GenAI deployment. 
    •    Proficiency in model evaluation techniques, performance metrics, and optimization strategies. 
    •    Commitment to ethical and responsible AI, including bias mitigation, transparency, and compliance. 

    Preferred Qualifications 

    •    Master's degree preferred.
    •    Recognized thought leader in AI/ML or infrastructure product domains. 
    •    Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, data structures, and software engineering practices. 
    •    Specialized training or certifications in product management, GenAI, cloud computing, or AI ethics.
