AI Product Manager – Generative AI

6–8 years in Product Management, with at least 2–3 years in AI/ML products and exposure to Generative AI technologies.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Generative AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI technologies, product lifecycle management, and market trends, combined with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·  Define product vision and roadmap for Generative AI solutions aligned with business objectives.

·  Identify and align product goals with business OKRs to ensure measurable impact.

·  Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver innovative AI-driven features.

·  Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in GenAI applications.

·  Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.

·  Drive product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

·  Work closely with technology and system integration teams to ensure AI solutions are seamlessly integrated and function end-to-end across platforms.

·  Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to guarantee scalability, reliability, and compliance.

·  Manage stakeholders across business units, engineering, data science, compliance, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and buy-in.

·  Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

·  Define and monitor model performance metrics (accuracy, latency, fairness) and business KPIs to measure success.

·  Track ROI and ensure AI investments deliver tangible business outcomes.

·  Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI products, including pricing, positioning, and launch plans.

·  Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement.

·  Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices, data privacy, and regulatory standards.

·  Evangelize AI capabilities internally and externally, supporting sales and marketing efforts.

Must-Have

• 6–8 years of product management experience, with at least 2–3 years in AI/ML products.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies (LLMs, diffusion models, prompt engineering).
• Proven experience in defining product roadmaps and delivering AI-driven solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making at senior levels.
• Experience working with technology/system integration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and cloud services (Azure AI, AWS, GCP).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and agile methodology experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Good-to-Have

• MBA or equivalent business qualification.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible AI frameworks, and compliance standards.
• Exposure to monetization strategies for AI products.
• Experience in building enterprise-grade AI solutions or SaaS platforms.
