As the Product Manager - ClinicoGenomics, with a strong scientific foundation and a passion for precision medicine , you will lead the development of AI-enabled Clinical Data products. This role focuses on the consolidation and analysis of multi-modal clinical data—spanning structured clinical records, and genomic data, and the application of advanced AI to enable precision medicine workflows within hospital and health system environments.
The ideal candidate will bring both the scientific depth to engage credibly with clinical and research stakeholders, and the product acumen to translate complex multi-omics and imaging use cases into commercially viable, and tangible AI solutions.
You will:
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for AI applications that consolidate and operationalise clinical and genomic data to support precision medicine workflows.
Support the Lead PM in defining and maintaining the global AI product roadmap for Health Data, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and market needs.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of specific products within the AI portfolio, from ideation and requirements gathering through to launch and iteration.
Engage directly with healthcare and life sciences customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven improvement.
Create the business case for specific products, from scope to cost and RoI.
Lead a development team working hand in hand with a Tech Lead in the development of the requirements into a product using agile methodology and ceremonies.
Evaluate third-party data platforms, genomics pipelines, AI vendors, and precision medicine toolkits relevant to the portfolio.
Define clinical validation frameworks and success metrics appropriate to AI-driven precision medicine applications, supporting sales in the positioning of the product on the market, monitoring adoption and impact post-launch.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure products comply with relevant regulatory, data privacy, and clinical safety requirements across target geographies (e.g. AI Act,GDPR, HL7/FHIR standards).
Communicate progress, risks, and strategic updates to the relevant stakeholders

Essential Requirements:
Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Translational Medicine Sciences, or a closely related field — required.
Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a healthcare setting, with direct exposure to clinical and genomic data environments.
Demonstrated understanding of genomics, clinical data standards (e.g. OMOP, FHIR).
Practical experience applying AI/ML to biomedical or clinical data, including familiarity with multimodal data integration challenges.
Strong ability to work across scientific and commercial functions, translating research concepts into product reality.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging clinical and scientific experts.
Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification
Desirable Requirements:
Experience at or with AI-native companies, bringing familiarity with iterative, data-driven development practices.
Knowledge of precision oncology, rare disease diagnostics, or pharmacogenomics use cases.
Familiarity with federated data architectures, de-identification frameworks, or synthetic data for clinical AI development.
