The AI Platform Analyst is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration and operational health of the Continental AI Platform, including Enterprise Chat, AI Gateway, Agent Orchestration, and the Connect + Data layer that links AI to core data and tools. Working under the guidance of senior IT technology leads (e.g., AI Platform Product Owner, Solution Architect / Platform Engineering Lead, Platform DevOps/SRE, Security & Data leads), the Analyst maintains configurations, manages access, monitors health and usage, and coordinates with stakeholders.
Administers core AI platform technologies in partnership with IT infrastructure, networking, security, and principals, while retaining day‑to‑day operational ownership of Enterprise Chat, AI Gateway, Agent Orchestration and AI-adjacent admin tasks for cloud platform (AWS).
Supports environment lifecycle tasks to ensure successful deployment of new versions of technology and products.
Administers user and group access in line with the platform operating model.
Assists Security stakeholders with evidence gathering and verification that approvals and audit logging are being applied appropriately.
Supports release‑readiness checks for new platform capabilities, workflows, and connectors.
Serves as Tier 1 / Tier 1.5 support for AI Platform users.
Supports platform adoption and change‑management efforts.
Tracks and reports operational and adoption metrics.
Other duties as assigned.
Basic understanding of MCPs, APIs, IAM/RBAC, and event‑driven or workflow‑driven patterns.
Experience with multi‑layer application platforms including data, application, and security layers.
Awareness of governance, auditability, approvals, and data classification concepts.
Familiarity with enterprise data/content platforms.
Demonstrated ability to triage issues, ask insightful questions, and work with diagnostic data to root cause issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (user‑friendly guides, FAQs, and runbooks).
Confidence in communicating status and incident updates to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
High school diploma (or GED).
Minimum of one (1) year of recent related experience working in a technical admin, systems analyst, service desk, or support engineer role supporting enterprise platforms or applications.
Proven ability to use and understand generative AI and machine learning.
Experience working in multi‑team IT environments where ownership is shared across product, architecture, DevOps/SRE, security, and data.
An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited College or University.
Experience using agentic workflows.
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
