AI Intern, Executive Office

As an AI Intern, you’ll play a pivotal role in doing research, and ultimately present findings, insights, and actionable recommendations for leadership to better understand AI related tools and resources that are available to strengthen an organization’s fundraising capabilities. Working across the Philanthropic Engagement and Technology Teams, and reporting to the CEO, you’ll assist BBYO in understanding emerging opportunities in the AI space so that the organization can remain a best in class fundraising machine. 

 

SHAPING THE FUTURE FOR TEENS AND YOURSELF 

As an AI Intern, your responsibilities will be to: 

  • Identify ways in which not-for-profit organizations are using AI for fundraising
  • Identify existing AI capabilities embedded in current technology systems
  • Discover existing AI tools that can address challenges and/or make fundraising practices more efficient.  
  • Analyze BBYO’s Salesforce data structure to understand how it can support AI-driven lead identification.
  • Explore potential integrations between Salesforce, LinkedIn, and AI technologies.
  • Use AI tools to build prototype “agents” and make workflow recommendations.

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR MAKING A LASTING IMPACT 

Our team has an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation to drive positive change. Additionally, AI Intern, these skills are key to success.: 

  • Interest in AI and/or computer science
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
  • Familiarity with AI tools, machine learning concepts, or large language models
  • Comfortable working with LinkedIn and other social platforms
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work 10–19 hours per week; remote or hybrid options available depending on location
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without holding a visa or sponsorship
