As our AI Implementation Specialist, you get the unique opportunity to be a key driver of our exponential growth curve. Sunny Lisbon will be your home base, but you’ll travel to and work with our three markets! In order to do that you will:

• take a front-row seat to the agentic revolution, working with frontier LLMs and advanced autonomous frameworks like OpenClaw to build AI that actually acts

• lead the deployment and integration of artificial intelligence solutions

• bridge the gap between AI research, software engineering, and product implementation

• ensure that AI models and systems are successfully adapted

• work closely with our software developers and team leads to design scalable AI workflows

• integrate models and ensure performance, reliability, and alignment with our business goals

Furthermore, we are looking for candidates who:

• Have proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization tools
• Understanding of APIs, RESTful services, and microservice architecture
• Fluency in Portuguese and English and an EU work permit is required.

Start date and Travel
