Job Description

Join our dynamic Digital Experience team as the AI Growth & Agentic Orchestration Expert! In this role, you will become a key member of the "Engine Room" for SUSE’s growth marketing strategy and a technical authority on agentic AI orchestration. This role doesn't just "use AI tools”, they architect the autonomous workflows that connect the digital vision to demand generation pipeline targets.  

The Role:

The AI Growth & Agentic Orchestration role is the primary architect of SUSE’s autonomous demand engine. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Experience , you are responsible for designing, deploying, and managing the AI-native "agents" that accelerate pipeline creation and optimize the buyer journey. This is a strategic and technical role that sits at the intersection of digital experience, data science, and marketing strategy. Your mission is to move SUSE from "manual automation" to an agentic growth model, where AI agents enable SUSE to meet buyers at every stage of the journey and optimize the sales pipeline.

What You'll Do:

• Agentic Workflow Architecture: Design and govern the "Multi-Agent" ecosystem. You identify high-impact use cases for autonomous agents across the digital landscape to acquire new leads and grow the sales pipeline.

• Systems Interoperability: Evaluate, deploy, and manage AI agents using existing frameworks and libraries. You ensure that AI agents are seamlessly integrated with Salesforce, Optimizely, and our internal Data Lake to create a "Single Source of Intelligence."

• Autonomous Conversion Optimization: Architect the logic for AI to dynamically optimize web experiences and landing pages. You implement AI-driven behavioral targeting that adjusts in real-time based on visitor intent signals.

• LLM & AI-Search Discovery: Identify and exploit opportunities for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). You ensure our digital assets are structured so that LLMs and AI search engines can easily discover, cite, and recommend SUSE.

• Automated Pipeline Acceleration: Collaborate with campaign leads to automate high-velocity content production and iteration. You make high-stakes technical decisions on which agent libraries to leverage (Build vs. Buy) to maximize ROI.

• Governance & Feedback Loops: Define the dashboard for AI-driven growth. You build the feedback loops between campaign performance and agent decisioning, ensuring all autonomous workflows remain transparent, compliant, and goal-aligned.

• Technical Influence & Mentorship: Act as the "Internal Consultant" for the Growth and Digital teams. You translate complex agentic capabilities into clear business outcomes, mentoring colleagues on how to leverage AI within their specific functions.

What You'll Bring:

Technical Profile:

• 8+ Years in Growth Engineering or Marketing Tech: A proven track record of deploying complex automation platforms or AI-native workflows in a B2B enterprise environment.

• Mastery of the "Agentic Stack": Experience deploying AI tools, automation platforms, or AI-native workflows.

• Data-First Mindset: Experience integrating AI with CRM (Salesforce) and CMS (Optimizely) to drive measurable revenue impact.

• Systems Thinker: Ability to see marketing as an interconnected growth engine, comfortable testing, iterating, and scaling in "AI-speed" environments.

Core Competencies:

• Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen: Connects technical AI architecture directly to 3-year revenue goals; understands the macro-economic value of "efficiency at scale."

• Advanced Analytical Reasoning: Expert at building complex feedback loops; uses data to refine agent performance through structured, high-velocity experimentation.

• Executing: Drives systemic efficiency across the global digital estate; consistently delivers "Day 0" support for new AI capabilities within our tool-stack.

Metrics of Success:

• AI-Assisted Pipeline Contribution: Percentage of qualified pipeline sourced or accelerated by autonomous agents.

• CPA Reduction: Measurable decrease in cost per acquisition through intelligent automation.

• Conversion Velocity: Improvement in "Lead-to-SQO" time across all digital channels.

• Agent Reliability & Compliance: 100% adherence to AI governance standards and data privacy regulations.
