AI Experience Lead

Description -

We are seeking an AI Experience Lead for the Commercial PC organization—someone passionate about transforming innovative technology into meaningful customer stories and compelling product narratives.

In this role, you will own the development of commercial experience narratives with a strong focus on AI and AI PC value, as well as the visual storytelling that brings our solutions to life. You will be part of the AI Experiences GTM team, positioned at the intersection of Product, Category, and Marketing, you will bridge technical innovation with market relevance—accelerating adoption of new product categories by shaping market perception and crafting experiences that inspire demand.

You will also contribute to the HP’s master AI narrative, driving thought leadership that connects innovation, customer relevance, and brand purpose. Your goal is to ensure sales teams and partners gain a clear, confident, and inspiring understanding of HP’s commercial offerings.

This role is about defining how the market understands the next generation of computing— from AI capabilities to new form factors—by driving the strategic focus our business needs to win in emerging categories.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Storytelling

  • Drive narratives that differentiate and elevate new product categories in the market.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on HP’s AI experience story, providing strategic guidance for partners and internal teams.

Use Case Development

  • Orchestrate holistic AI experiences story across HP, Microsoft, and ISV solutions.
  • Define real-world use cases and create compelling demos tailored to diverse personas and industries.

Sales Enablement

  • Equip sales teams and partners with clear narratives and tools to confidently communicate HP’s differentiated value.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, customer presentations and ongoing support to strengthen message consistency and impact.

Customer Experience Focus

  • Test and explore the latest AI experiences with curiosity and a drive to deeply understand how they enhance real-world workflows.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights to refine narratives, maintaining a deep understanding of personas and pain points.

Cross-Organizational Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with Product Management, NPI, Category, Marketing, and Executive teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Act as a self-starter with a strong work ethic, driving measurable results within tight deadlines.

Education & Experience:

  • 8+ years in product management, experience, marketing or category roles.
  • College degree in Marketing, Business or a Technical field; MBA preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong storytelling abilities. Able to persuade effectively across organization, both horizontally and vertically.

  • Comfortable working under pressure, delivering fast results, and pivoting flexibly when priorities change.

  • Familiarity with the AI competitive landscape and emerging industry trends, combined with a natural curiosity to explore them.

  • Passionate about understanding market trends and customer needs to inform strategy and experiences.

  • Collaborative and creative team player with cross-organizational agility, able to turn complex problems into actionable solutions

The pay range for this role is $104,800 to $158,250 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
