About the Role 

We are seeking a Clinical AI Evaluation Specialist (RN) to join our evaluation team. This role will focus on implementing, coordinating, and optimizing evaluation cycles for generative AI solutions in nursing education and practice. Working under the leadership of the Principal Clinical Evaluation Strategist, you will translate strategy into action by operationalizing evaluation plans, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining rigorous standards for accuracy, completeness, and reliability. 

Responsibilities 

  • Implementing and managing end-to-end evaluation cycles for nursing education and practice products. 

  • Operationalize evaluation frameworks and methodologies developed by the Principal Strategist. 

  • Coordinating evaluation logistics, including query set management, SME engagement, and data collection. 

  • Ensuring nursing accuracy and educational alignment of evaluation processes. 

  • Maintaining and managing datasets, documentation, and dashboards to support evaluation transparency. 

  • Collaborating with product, data science, and nursing faculty teams to integrate evaluation outputs into product improvement cycles. 

  • Providing clear and actionable evaluation reports and summaries to support product and strategy decisions. 

  • Monitoring trends and suggest process improvements for evaluation workflows. 

  • Contributing nursing expertise across varied clinical and teaching contexts. 

Requirements 

  • RN license required; MSN in Nursing required; DNP or PhD in Nursing strongly preferred. 

  • Demonstrated experience with education technology and its implementation in nursing curricula. 

  • Broad clinical and teaching experience preferred (not limited to one specialty area). 

  • Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities. 

  • Familiarity with generative AI, AI evaluation, or related technologies strongly preferred. 

  • Data management experience (collection, organization, analysis, or visualization) strongly preferred. 

  • Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams. 

  • Innovative mindset and interest in advancing nursing education through technology.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $93,400 - $155,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Maryland, the pay range is $98,100 - $163,500. If performed in New York, the pay range is $102,800 - $171,300. If performed in New York City, the pay range is $107,400 - $179,100. If performed in Rochester, NY, the pay range is $88,700 - $147,900. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
