The opportunity:

Responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Analyzes process steps and interdependencies in existing business applications that are typically done by a human user. Identifies business operations processes that are feasible for automation. Assesses and documents technical and functional requirements. Implements and supports robotic process solutions. Provides expertise and is liaison between the business unit and IT department. A Senior Professional applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Design AI-powered solutions, including the integration of Agentic Orchestration to handle complex, multi-step, or autonomous decision-driven tasks.
  • Multimodal AI-Integration: Develop Gen AI solutions that seamlessly integrate multiple data modalities (e.g., text, image, audio, and video) using Large Multimodal Models (LMMs) to create cohesive and intelligent exploration prototypes.
  • Research, develop and implement POCs using modern MaaS platforms (Azure AI Foundry) and autonomous AI Agents to rapidly showcase potential business value to stakeholders.
  • Configure, train, and deploy AI Agentic fabric to interact with enterprise systems, perform cognitive reasoning, and automate complex workflows requiring tool-calling and long-horizon planning.
  • Leverage MaaS platforms to deploy, monitor, and fine-tune AI models, ensuring prototypes meet the specific performance and safety guardrails required for Shared Services automation.
  • Build APIs and pipelines, utilizing the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and vector databases to integrate advanced AI capabilities into existing enterprise tools (Azure) and discovery workflows.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, test experimental solutions, and provide a clean handoff of successful POCs to the AI Automation Delivery team.
  • Translate technical concepts into actionable insights, explaining the "reasoning" behind agentic decisions for both technical leads and non-technical business audiences.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze Shared Services workflows and identify high-impact automation opportunities that leverage the latest "0-to-1" AI innovations.
  • Stay ahead of trends in AI, including advancements in Agentic Reasoning, Test-time Compute scaling, and natural language interfaces to ensure the Exploration team remains at the cutting edge.
  • Design AI-powered solutions, including the integration of AI Agents, to handle complex, repetitive, or decision-driven tasks.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years of professional experience in AI and machine learning, with a strong focus on generative models, Agentic AI and multimodal AI.
  • Proficiency in Python (Fast API, Pydantic) and experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, Lang Chain/Lang Graph, and Hugging Face transformers.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud AI ecosystem (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a "hacker" mindset—the ability to find creative workarounds for limitations in current AI models.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to clearly document exploration findings and present them.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
