This is a hybrid position based out of Toronto.
Role
Design, build, own, and maintain production agent systems that power AskGP, the conversational AI assistant within Guidepoint360, a client facing platform used by investors, consultants, and enterprise teams. AskGP operates across Guidepoint’s expert network of 1.75+ million advisors and a library of 60,000+ expert interview transcripts, synthesizing insights with citations to support high confidence decision making.
AskGP is a flagship external product and a core part of Guidepoint360’s roadmap. Over the next 12 months, AskGP will expand beyond question answering into a foundation for automation across client workflows, integrating with internal and external systems via MCP and related orchestration patterns. This role sits at the center of that evolution, owning the agent systems that directly impact client experience, answer quality, trust, compliance, and platform scale. The work influences how clients discover insights, how quickly they reach decisions, and how Guidepoint differentiates through validated, AI powered research at scale.
