Oasis security

AI Engineer - AAM

Tel Aviv Full Time

About Oasis Security
At Oasis Security, we're redefining how enterprises manage access in the age of AI.
Every organization deploying AI agents is taking on access risks they can't yet see, and the tools they've relied on were never built for this. We built Oasis to change that.
Backed by Sequoia, Accel, and Craft Ventures, we're trusted by dozens of Fortune 500 companies including S&P Global, Mars, and Nationwide, and we're only getting started.

If you want to define the future of secure AI, this role is for you.

Why Oasis, why now
The access management category is being rewritten in real time, and Oasis is leading it.
The problems are genuinely hard, the company is growing fast, and you're early enough to shape both the product and the team.

Why join us?

  • Shape the future: Be at the forefront of securing NHI and Agentic AI, a space redefining how enterprises operate.
  • Tackle massive scale: Work on distributed systems and architectures that manage billions of identities and interactions.
  • Ownership & impact: Senior engineers here drive projects end-to-end, with influence across both technical direction and product outcomes.
  • Cutting-edge stack: From cloud-native systems to AI infra and coding agents, you’ll work on technologies that define tomorrow’s engineering landscape.

What you’ll do

  • Build AI agents and workflows that understand user intent and take safe, validated actions across enterprise systems
  • Develop the pipelines that map agent intent → required permissions → secure, short-lived session provisioning
  • Implement observability for every action: tracing, audits, reproducibility, and compliance-ready metadata
  • Work on integrations with SaaS apps, cloud platforms, and internal tools to expand AAM’s access ecosystem

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience - preferably with exposure to AI-driven products or infrastructure
  • Strong Python skills (or equivalent) for building backend services, tooling, and orchestration layers
  • Proven experience working with LLMs and AI agents in applied settings
  • Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI or Anthropic frameworks
  • Strong understanding of containerized development workflows and cloud-based environments
  • Ability to think carefully about safety, auditability, and compliance - building systems that are secure, observable, and reliable at scale.

Bonus points for

  • Background in evaluation frameworks or agent performance measurement
  • Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and graph-based context construction
  • Familiarity with identity and access security.
