AI Development Engineer (AIGC & AI Agent)

About the Role

We are seeking an AI Development Engineer to join our AI and machine learning team. This role focuses on multimodal machine learning modeling (audio, video, image, text) and the development of AIGC systems and AI agents.

You will work on translating state-of-the-art research into scalable, real-world AI systems, including virtual humans, text-to-image, and text-to-video generation. You will collaborate closely with research, engineering, and product teams to advance next-generation multimodal and generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop multimodal ML models for understanding and generation across audio, video, image, and text
• Build AIGC systems, including virtual humans, text-to-image, and text-to-video models
• Develop AI agent systems, covering reasoning, planning, tool usage, and multi-agent collaboration
• Convert cutting-edge research into scalable, production-ready AI systems

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience or a PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
• At least two publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals, such as
  NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ACL, EMNLP, SIGGRAPH, or TPAMI
• Research experience in multimodal AI or AIGC, including generative models, virtual humans, or text-to-image / text-to-video
• Strong ML/DL foundation with hands-on experience in one or more of:
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Multimodal models
• Diffusion models
• Computer vision / video understanding and generation
• Audio and speech processing
• Proficiency in Python with solid engineering and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in frontend or client-side development, with an understanding of how AI systems integrate into user-facing products, including:
• Web frontend development:
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Modern frameworks such as React or Vue
• API integration and data visualization
• iOS development:
• Swift and/or Objective-C
• Familiarity with iOS app architecture and performance considerations
• Android development:
• Kotlin and/or Java
• Understanding of Android app architecture and system constraints

Experience integrating AIGC or AI agent systems into real-world products is a strong plus
