About the Role:

At Cresta, shipping AI is only half the story—deploying it successfully is where the real impact happens.

As a Founding AI Deployment Manager in EMEA, you’ll play a critical role in building and scaling our presence in the region. You’ll own the moment where cutting-edge AI becomes real-world results, leading customer deployments end-to-end and turning ambitious AI initiatives into live, adopted solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

This is a high-impact, ground-floor opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building from scratch, and wants to shape how Cresta delivers value across EMEA.

Compensation at Cresta:

Cresta’s approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people. We offer competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table.

Total compensation includes Base + Bonus + Equity, along with a comprehensive benefits package for you and your family.
