Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Departmental Demand Discovery: Proactively engage with diverse business units (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Product) to conduct deep-dive interviews and workflow audits. Translate ambiguous business pain points into clearly defined AI application scenarios and technical requirements.
- AI Solution Design & Feasibility Analysis: Explore and architect AI-driven approaches based on a deep understanding of business logic. Lead the selection of technical paths, design implementation frameworks, and conduct ROI projections to validate the viability of proposed solutions.
- End-to-End PoC Management: Orchestrate the development and testing of AI pilot projects. Coordinate internal and external resources to rapid-prototype solutions, evaluate model performance through empirical data, and iteratively refine technical strategies based on stakeholder feedback.
- Post-PoC Support & Lifecycle Evolution: Provide continuous delivery support for validated PoC projects as they transition to production. Manage subsequent version iterations, provide technical troubleshooting, and ensure AI applications remain stable and optimized within the live business loop.
- Technology Ecosystem & Internal Advocacy: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of global AI trends and Large Language Model (LLM) advancements. Evaluate the integration value of emerging tools and platforms, while building an internal repository of AI success stories to drive adoption across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven Delivery Track Record: Extensive experience in complex project management or enterprise-level solution delivery. A documented history of driving cross-functional collaboration and successfully launching innovative products within large-scale organizations.
- Strong Technical Translation Skills: A profound understanding of GenAI/LLM principles and engineering constraints. Ability to validate concepts via Prompt Engineering or low-code tools and engage in high-level technical alignment with engineering teams.
- Acute Business Acumen: Exceptional ability to quickly learn and deconstruct different business functions. Skilled at distilling core technical needs from non-technical dialogue and providing expert advisory on AI adoption.
- Full-Lifecycle Ownership: A rigorous "closed-loop" mindset. You should be equally comfortable with "0-to-1" innovation and "1-to-N" operational support, taking accountability for the long-term business impact of delivered solutions.
- Systemic Thinking & Communication: Ability to build standardized delivery processes in high-pressure environments. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the influence to align creative, business, and technical teams toward a common strategic goal.
