Your day at NTT DATA
As a Cloud Services Architect at NTT DATA, you'll be at the forefront of designing managed service solutions across the cloud technology domain. Leveraging both your technical expertise and sales acumen, you'll engage with clients and internal teams to create secure, innovative, and competitive solutions that meet their needs. Your day will be filled with co-creating value and accelerating digital transformation business objectives for some of the most notable global organizations.
You'll design complex managed service solutions by integrating technology and service design across the cloud domain, conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, and interface with our platform delivery team to ensure seamless implementation. By creating and validating new design features, you'll also play a part in enhancing existing service offerings that we bring to market.
Your role isn't limited to just designing; you'll actively support the validation process, provide service design deliverables, and work closely with technical, service, and costing stakeholders to ensure our solutions are both commercially competitive and risk-mitigated. You will map client requirements to service elements and architectures, developing end-to-end solutions including Cloud Services, Technology Architectures, SIAM, SLA, and ITSM leading practices.
In collaboration with sales teams, you'll present architecture solutions that highlight cost savings and growth opportunities, assist in the transition to service delivery teams, and ensure that vendor management is well-coordinated. You'll also influence global strategies by sharing client outcomes and market trends, ensuring our services evolve and stay ahead of industry innovation.
To thrive in this role, you need to have:- A strong understanding of cloud technologies, including networking, security, and system administration.
- Expertise in Azure, GCP, and AWS infrastructure and presales skills.
- Knowledge of multi-cloud technologies, cloud-native application workflows, and legacy-to-cloud migrations.
- Proven experience in designing cloud managed services solutions and structuring large, multi-year contracts.
- Comfort working with costing models alongside sales and finance teams.
- An analytical mindset to evaluate inputs and DATA.
- Excellent communication skills to convey the value of solutions to stakeholders.
- The ability to facilitate workshops, discover requirements, and present solutions effectively.
- A team player with experience in a matrixed organization.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Systems or a related field.
